Screensavers and Mindless Manifesting

View your mantra frequently & repeat it in your head

Mantras are a great tool for to get into alignment and use for manifesting desires.

They have an unconscious, subliminal way to raise your vibration by repeating the message or by viewing the statement frequently.

For example, once you see a quote, it’s then repeated in your head. You can place an inspirational quote in different spaces around your home like on the bathroom mirror. An easy spot to view them is on your phone which you mindlessly look at over 2,000 times a day!

The repetition of looking at these and reading them turns these thoughts into a belief.
Try it out and watch the magic happen!

Did you know that the average person taps their phone screen 2,617 times each day!

Time Spent Using Smartphones Annually ... According to recent data, the average person spends 4 hours and 37 minutes on their phone every day.

So why not put mantras, manifesting and inspiring messages in front of you to look at that help welcome more of what you want into your life?

Most studies show that 108 times is the right number to repeat a mantra in order for it to work. I have also recently listened to a podcast where they recommend 500 times a day. That is what I am currently testing out, the 500x’s method.

When we utter a mantra and produce some vibration, that vibration is still not strong enough to start resonating in every molecule of the body. This is why we repeat them. The highest level of vibration is said to happen when we repeat a mantra enough times so that the cells of your body and your brain believe it to be true. You are raising your vibration.

Here are some inspiring screensavers for you. Just screenshot them and save to your phone so you can attract in what you desire. Simple reminders to keep you in the state of attracting.

XOXO,
Lorraine
