It all started when…
Ten years ago in 2014, I got certified in Reiki to understand energy and to help process the pain of divorce, death of my business and life being completely uprooted.
I dove deep into the understanding of energy, of how our past can creep into our future, how the “red tapes” running through our mind can cause disease (dis-ease).
In 2017, I released my first book “RUN” which turned into an award winning film. It was a joy to help other women going through tough moments in life with my non-fiction book.
I made this logo with the Happy Face and lipstick back in 2016 and the whole slogan “Choose a Happy Day”. It helped me going through tough times to remember that:
