How you create your own reality through what you think about. It is important to train your mind to focus on what you want.
Limitations in your mind and limitations in life.
For example: You want a house on the beach, think about your toes in the sand, the morning coffee hearing the waves, etc
If you think about not having enough money for the beach house you are approaching it from a place of lack. This only attracts more lack.
It is energy. Like attracts like. It takes just the same amount of energy to be positive as it is to be negative.
Especially now, be mindful of what you allow in. The news, Facebook feeds, friends and family….it is good to set emotional boundaries.
I don’t watch the news. All of my mentors and my Reiki Teacher feel the same, it is just allowing black and negative energy in.
A good MANTRA to say aloud:
“I am immune to negative energy and only allow love and light into my space.”
Limitations in your mind and limitations in life.
An inspirational quote that really resonated with me. To me, the quote below reminds me to make things happen, not just sit there passively hoping that they happen. To be brave and intentional with life and your choices. To set intentions for how you envision your life but then to carry through with steps to make that happen, not just sit back and hope for it. I always say you can't get what you want if you don't know what you want.

So ask yourself and then go out and HAPPEN to things!
Lastly:
You are your brand. Do you project happiness and that you are living your true potential? Are you just going through the motions? Do you seem miserable? I constantly have people coming up to me saying they love my energy. I also wear bright colors and have a certain pinup look. I want to set myself apart. I want to have conversation starters - my wing tip 1950s shoes are perfect for this.
Ask yourself what you can do to stand out and be honest with yourself if you project happiness?
